Spirit of Scotland sees Fife

Date: (10/02/2016)

The video campaign puts a focus on Fife with an incredible film location, St. Andrews and one of many great places for film crews (and everybody else) to enjoy great food.

Visit Scotland believes there are seven traits that encapsulate the character and landscapes of the country.  They are warmth, humour, guts, spark, soul, determination and fun.  They want people all over the world to join in the conversation about what Scotland means to them using #ScotSpirit

http://www.visitscotland.comThe campaign was launched by Scotland’s First Minister Nicola Sturgeon and has a focus on key markets in the UK, France, Germany and New York.

There’s a new TV commercial and series of promotional videos.  The series features The Seafood Restaurant in St. Andrews and Head Chef, Serge Savickis.

“When Serge had his first taste of oysters, it was the start of a love affair not just with Scotland’s seafood, but with the country itself. Originally hailing from Latvia, the Head Chef based in St Andrews explains his philosophy to cooking, and why the fish freshly caught from Scottish waters is simply best.”
